Dallas Street Dental

These people have no respect for the elderly! My grandmother (which is in her 80s) has been using this place for her dentures for a while and she kept having one tooth come loose in her dentures which Dallas Street Dental kept repairing.
This week, she had the tooth come loose again and took her dentures to them to fix again but when they called to let her know that the dentures were ready, they wanted $210.00 for the fix! Keep in mind that this was the same tooth they have repaired before!
After she told them that the price was much higher than expected and that she couldn’t afford the $210.00 (she only had 100 dollars left after her bills), they told her to give them what she had and that she needed to pay the rest by 9/15.
We helped her with the rest of the money and she took them a check for the amount they requested but they treated her like she was an outcast while she was there getting her repaired dentures.
I do not recommend this company for their lack of respect of the elderly and their financial situations.
They need to learn that not everyone makes the money they do, especially the elderly.
Find a company that has compassion for their patients and not greed over their money like Dallas Street Dental.

Your response is so bland and business like, I hope everyone sees that instead of trying to figure out what went wrong, you avoid the issue at hand to blab about how you think you have impeccable customer service.
Well this review proves that wrong. You treated a senior citizen like trash, you didn’t quote the work beforehand, and she wouldnt have had to come back if you knew how to fix something correctly the first time.
Then you avoid an issue you caused on a public review.
Congrats! You just proved what kind of business you really are!

I went to Dallas Street Dental for several years then moved from Fort Smith and tried another dentist. Got a crown and kept having pain. That dentist said I may need to see an Endodontist. I went back to Bill at Dallas Street Dental and he said the crown didn't fit right. He took it off, sent the mold to the lab and I have had no problem since. That was in 2017 and I'll continue to travel so for quality care. Top notch Hygienists and Dentist.

They take special care of their patients /clients. Took me in when I broke a tooth within a day and sent me out the door all patched up awaiting my crown . You are king at Dallas Street Dental !
