I have been coming to BBB for several years and always walk away satisfied. The girls are super friendly and always do a wonderful job on my eyebrows. Will always be a repeat customer!

Had to find a last minute threading for my eyebrows in Fort Smith and I am glad that I chose to visit the Brow Bar.Considering how busy they were, I didn’t have to wait long as a drop-in.When I was being threaded, my stylist even took the time to help get out and treat an ingrown hair on my brow. She didn’t have to do that, and my pictures during Christmas are better for her doing it.Highly recommend!

Unbelievable the lady made the ladies in front of Me wait an hour! Now I was in line maybe 15mins with 9 people waiting a hour unacceptable!! Then she waited until Victoria comes in which is 4PM to reopen and not only that she was not willing too help her get the line down!!!! someone in management needs too handle this bc this has been going on way too long!!! The management needs rotate them two one week one work 1st next work nights!! Not only that she took a break from 3-
