Blaylock came out and quoted a new HVAC system for my house. They were prompt and got me on their schedule very quickly. Their team was courteous and made sure to clean up after themselves. Thanks Chuck and the team!

Received service in 11 of 2024. Never received a bill. Told we would not be charged because they could not repair the problem. Not sent an invoice for 4 months. Invoice sent email but email was wrong. No paper invoice received for 1 year and 1 month later. We are being charged late feels for every month even though we do not know the amount or have a way to pay it. No electronic option given until we get a final notice in 3 2026. We received services from them 2 other times in 2025 and never received invoices for those either until 3 of 2026 meaning they never sent out an invoice for 5 to 6 months later after service, but charged late fees. We STILL have the problem with our AC Unit!
NO TRUST. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Talked to owner and to show him the concern and told,” This is how it is going to go!” And demanded I pay in full including all late fees. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM AGAIN for our home or our business. WORST WORK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Here is one of 3 invoices showing charged for late fees when they didn’t attempt to send an invoice for 4 months but had the wrong email and paper invoice for over a year. Done with them!!!

I was a repeat customer until a few months ago. I needed a Mr Cool hvac installed that i bought from Sutherland's. I called them first to give them the job, i was told by the HVAC supe, that no they wouldn't do it. I call Sutherland's after to get a recommendation who could do it, they tell me Blaylock would. I tell them i was told they wouldn't. I don't know who is telling the truth, but I don't like being jerked around either way. I ended up using Shane Parker with Parker Plumbing and HVAC in Alma. He came up within a month and installed it without any fuss, and said it was the easiest thing he'd ever worked on. Sadly, i will be taking my business for plumbing and HVAC elsewhere. You all need to get your stories straight on who does what and where in this instance.

I don't know anything about these guys abilities as heating and A/C service men, but I can honestly say they have a heart of gold! It is 97°F outside and our van broke down with my husband driving me and our eight children through Ft. Smith. They pushed us out of heavy traffic and then jump started our car with the unforgiving sun beating down on them the entire time. They'd be the first ones I'd call if I needed my A/C or heating unit serviced!
