Mrs. Karen the front desk lady is amazing .. I adore her and the girls new pcp Mrs Phomakay is the best doc I’ve been to in years. She listens and doesn’t rush. Definitely recommend

I love this place. I see the negative reviews, and I feel those individuals just have some other issues or possibly a sense of entitlement that cannot be satisfied.All my interactions with both the desk/office staff and the patient care side have been just fine. Helpful, friendly, and decently quick.I highly recommend Dr Pom. She's friendly and doesn't beat around the bush.
