The Area Agency On Aging of Western Arkansas is a nonprofit organization that provides essential services to the community. Employees feel valued and supported, creating a positive work environment. The agency offers a range of services, including support for victims of crime and assistance for individuals over 60, as well as those younger than 60. Staff are caring and dedicated to helping those in need, often partnering with other organizations to provide comprehensive resources.

Their staff consistently demonstrates compassion, professionalism, and a genuine understanding of the needs of both clients and families. The quality of care is outstanding, and their team goes above and beyond to ensure comfort, dignity, and support at every stage.
This is an excellent place to work. Everyone makes you feel needed and welcomed when you first become an employee. All the departments do terrific work to provide help to those who are in need. The Elder Victims of Crime which I work in diligently try to provide the best services and support to those who contact us that have been victimized. My team members and all other employees make it a workplace you feel good about coming to every day of the week. This is the most rewarding job I have ever held.
