I have been working here for a few years.. I have been in healthcare for even longer.. but this place is amazing to work for.. but they are even better when it comes to going above and beyond for their clients.. The case managers are absolutely a gift to all. The whole office team is amazing. Couldn't ask for a better company here in Fort Smith to help take care of your love ones.. Thank you 1 Source!!!

1Source Senior Care is an amazing place to work and an even better place to get care for a loved one. I know I am a case manager there and my dad received care through them for almost a year. He recently passed away and the girls and the owners have been nothing but generous. They are amazing and really do care about the loved ones. Believe me when I say they really do believe “ Caring is a work of heart”. Nothing but big loves and Thank You to all of you guys!!! ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you for all you have done for my daddy and our family.

Iv been in this line for work since 2015, best company iv ever worked for. They truly care about there seniors. They are some of the hardest working people iv ever met. I have 5 kids so flexibility is a must for me, an they do just that. My people i take care of are amazing an i love them! Im so grateful they have given me the chance to work for them an make a difference in someone's life. The ladies in the office are amazing! They are so understanding an talk to you as if they have known you for years.for me having a company who really foes make a difference so many companies dont bother with actually working an making a difference this company truly does
