Pilates strengthens some of the same areas my physical therapist targets. It is truly making me stronger and more independent.

Reviews
The greatest people doing the greatest body care! Love these people!
I absolutely love Club Pilates - I am addicted! The instructors are amazing!! There are different types of classes to challenge my body and my mind! I just had a private training session with Jay Dee and I can not recommend PT w/ Jay Dee enough. She made adjustments to my movements, and taught me proper breathing, and overall making me love Club Pilates even more than I already did!! Try a class, you will not regret it!
