This is the only place I go. I can normally get in and out and back to work within my hour break. I think this time they were short handed. I had to wait outside for at least 5 minutes before they told me which lane to wait in (all bins were occupied). They are always really nice. I had a transmission flush along with my oil change this time. It was around $250 (I found a coupon for $10 off oil change and 20% off additional service, otherwise it would have been around $300).
Quick service and they let you know everything they are doing as they do it. They let you know what service you need and even if they can't do it due to it being something only a dealership can do they are upfront about it.
I really like the staff. They're always friendly, helpful and fast. I've been quite happy since becoming a customer of the North College Ave. in Fayetteville, AR Valvoline location.
