I went to Jiffy Lube today because my blinker light was out, and the experience was great. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Everyone I spoke with was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. They made the whole process quick and stress-free. If I ever have car trouble again, I will absolutely be coming back here.
Everyone was so incredibly helpful and thorough! They even noticed where a previous shop had left an old air intake sensor sitting where a new one had been in; they did the research to make sure I wasn't going to drive off with any problems, and I so appreciated it! I only wish I'd paid better attention to names so I could personally sing their praises! Thanks, y'all!
