Plumbers near Eureka Springs

“UPDATE: I am changing my review; for the company had taken the time to work with us. We truly appreciate the time given to listen, answer all questions, and go out of the way to come here for the second time.

This company came to our residence, to change out a water heater, as a contractor for Home Depot. The guy took forever and left our home with low water pressure, a leak from a pipe he replaced, and now we are experiencing issues in our other restroom. Note, he left 2.5 hours ago around 7pm. We will never use this contracted company or Home Depot for any of our plumbing needs from this point forward.
Not to mention, they tried to over charge us until we started asking questions and requesting an itemized list/receipt before payment. Shady and unprofessional service and behavior. EVERY company should have to offer an itemized list of services to make sure no one is getting screwed over; which we would have if we didn’t question repeatedly. Displeased is an understatement.“

“These guys were great the lady receptionist is very polite and works to get you what you need over the phone, the technicians were very friendly and personable and the work they did was excellent. With our new water softener the water feels so smooth and enjoyable compared to before and our appliances and pipes will last longer. They installed the unit in a great location, made good connections on their pipes and gave me excellent advice as to tackle other issues. They also do other fixes such as a pressure control valves and a few sink faucets and a leak was repaired on our house also and it was done before we got back from work. I will add photos this week“
