William and Robert from the Plumbing team came to our house in Eureka to replace a sump pump that had failed. They were here on time, they were professional, courteous, and efficient. I highly recommend Island Air Co not only for HVAC, but also for Plumbing needs as well.

We were greatly in need of a new H/AC system. We contacted Island Airco (our only go-to company for our central system), received the cost, and booked the date. Rodney and his team (Josh and Evan) were here on time. Was a two day job. Rodney was great. Knew what he was doing every step of the way. Removal of old system and installation of new went smoothly. At the end, Rodney made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. He will return in a couple of weeks to do a two-week check. Look forward to seeing him. Island Airco is a great company with wonderful technicians. Thank you guys!

My experience with island airco has always been excellent. Carlos is always very thorough, honest and explains what was done. He even came on a holiday and helped us out. I recommend island airco to my friends and neighbors.

10/16/2025 Worst service I have ever received from a company they were here to do maintenance on my three air conditioners they informed me that they had washed down the three units. I have a security camera they took a garden hose and just sprayed the outer box of the unit down nothing else the units are filled with leaves and sticks from the trees the third unit they did nothing to it the technician told me he washed it down but all the soil and the concrete was completely dry they inform me I needed new coils for my mini split at a cost of $2,400 had another company come out today there are no leaks in the coils or anywhere in the system I think it's shameful That they tried to take advantage of me 10/16/2025
