We are switching to this office, to see Jennie Spears, from a doctor in Springdale who is no longer allowed time by his company job to pay attention to patients. I’m the only member of my household so far to have had an appointment, but she is GREAT. No trouble understanding immediately why the state can’t have access to period dates anymore, and her nurse was a lactation consultant, so I don’t have to worry about ignorant eyeballs about the ages of my nursing kids. I genuinely feel I’d never be diagnosed as Fat & Anxious and old, as a 40 year old woman, just bc she’s not quite sure what’s happening. True Care and honesty, I really can expect, here. My kids and my husband are headed in as soon as we can afford to cover more Establishing Care visits, since insurance won’t, of course. I had been sent for bloodwork to verify the alpha gal that my prior doctor ignored, and Quest was so poorly staffed and stocked that after two arms stabbed, nothing. It’s in the same little building. I walked over to ask if there was anywhere else to try, bc Quest also didn’t seem to grasp that I couldn’t just Drop By Tomorrow, in a place with no childcare, just bc their Policy is giving up after two tries. What did this office do? They actually HELPED ME! Wild, right? The excellent and super personable LC nurse did it there, easily. People, especially in medical settings, tend to get offended by me knowing science words and WHO recommendations very rapidly, so it was SUCH a great surprise and relief to NOT be treated like a crazy person for doing more than simply Complying. Called to speak to me humanely, personally, about the expected blood results, even WHEN they said they would! They’ve nearly totally resolved the gastrointestinal issues that I hadn’t yet deduced could also be allergic reactions, since I’ve not dealt with that ever before. Josh up front is FANTASTIC, never ever leave, Josh!

Jennie Spears is one of the most wonderful, down to earth, compassionate, funny and easy to talk to providers I’ve ever had. I came to her in a mental health crisis and she listened to me and got me on track to becoming a healthier and better me. I recommend this clinic to all of my friends and loved ones. Health First is a blessing to our community.

Went in on a Saturday morning with an appointment and I must say Dr. house and his staff was amazing!!! I was in Kansas City for the weekend and wasn't sure if I would be able to make it till Monday to get back to see my doctor for a UTI. They got me took care of me and it was nothing but a great experience. I picked up my prescription within 30 minutes down the street at a pharmacy in Heart grocery store parking lot. When I think everyone again at the clinic for taking such good care of me, thank you so much

This was my first time using the Health First Clinic (I was seen for an urgent care issue). They were able to get me in very quickly! I was quite impressed by how friendly, knowledgeable and efficient they were. My provider was Jennie Spears and she was lovely! The clinic is also very clean.I will definitely be using them again ?
