If it’s your first Yoga class, I encourage you to give her beginner class a try. You won’t be sorry and you’ll probably want to go to yoga for the rest of your life. If you’ve practiced yoga before, there’s more advanced classes for you. Do yourself a favor in 2023 and take yoga!“
