Go Inside Yoga is such an awesome studio. Not only is the studio amazing but the beautiful souls that teach the classes are too. Go Inside Yoga is a welcoming and safe space for everyone that offers a variety of different classes. I'm sure you will find one that fits your needs! Hands down, this is one of my favorite places to be. Go Inside yoga is ineffably good!
This is a beautiful studio and the classes are great. The atmosphere is calm, there are lots of props available for use, and Johanna offers modifications for poses to make them available for students. For example, in class today she put a blanket under my neck in reverse pigeon for better alignment. I highly recommend attending classes here!
Serene setting, a gentle space where you can truly connect with yourself and learn to meditate. Johanna is a brilliant teacher. She’s intuitive and very real. If it’s your first Yoga class, I encourage you to give her beginner class a try. You won’t be sorry and you’ll probably want to go to yoga for the rest of your life. If you’ve practiced yoga before, there’s more advanced classes for you. Do yourself a favor in 2023 and take yoga!
