Serene setting, a gentle space where you can truly connect with yourself and learn to meditate. Johanna is a brilliant teacher. She’s intuitive and very real. If it’s your first Yoga class, I encourage you to give her beginner class a try. You won’t be sorry and you’ll probably want to go to yoga for the rest of your life. If you’ve practiced yoga before, there’s more advanced classes for you. Do yourself a favor in 2023 and take yoga!

I normally do yoga on my own but if you are in Conway, this is the place to go foe yoga. It is one of the only places that does classes that is not held in a gym facility. I know one of the teachers and I am fully confident in her skills and ability to work with the public. I have heard many many great things about Go Inside Yoga. I have no doubt they will continue to be the place to go for yoga.

This is the best yoga studio I've ever practiced at. Johanna, the owner and main teacher here, is a true healer. There are so many fakes in the world these days, but not her. She is outstanding and the classes will melt you into puddles and leave you in utter bliss.Highly recommend!
