I will say this…customer service is top notch. They deserve a 5star rating when it comes to customer service. But when it comes to actual service, I have literally been in tears. We have recently moved to a home with propane, and the tank was empty within 4wks. My husband called and got the information we needed to set up the account/deposits etc…and scheduled the testing and fill. They said it’d be 1-2 days. We get a call two days later telling us they won’t be able to come out until Tuesday of next week. At that point, it will be a week with no hot water. I can handle no hot water for a day or two…but not an entire week with 2 small kids. How does a utility...read full review

Very nice and courteous, customer service was really awesome. They also price match and they have no restrictions on how many appliances you have to have in order for them to fill your tank! Highly recommend!
