I had a wonderful experience at my eye appointment today with Dr. Justine B. Franks and the entire team. Dr. Franks is exceptionally knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel confident and comfortable throughout my visit. Very Clean and efficient, great Doctors that explain issues and treatment. Dr Franks is one of the few offices offering specialized vision therapy. Eyecare center employees are kind; however there is an issue with charging a fee for contacts, even when not ordering them, otherwise I would give 5 stars.

I was anxious about an eye exam for my special needs child. However, the staff and Dr. Franks were so incredibly patient and compassionate. I am grateful for people like him because it is rare these days to find someone who will treat you as a person rather than another patient. Very impressed.
