Bryant Eyecare Clinic is a well-regarded business that provides an excellent experience. The office staff is friendly and helpful, calling to remind patients of upcoming appointments and ensuring they have a convenient schedule. The doctors, including Dr. Glen, are thorough, caring, and take the time to answer questions. The clinic also offers helpful service, such as adjusting glasses while patients wait, and provides excellent follow-up care.
Th staff was wonderful. They got me and my elderly neighbor scheduled together with no trouble. They were all smiles and very friendly. 100% recommend Bryant eye care. Dr Armstrong is a fantastic Dr as well!
Dr Armstrong was simply amazing!! He made my daughter’s first experience so fun and relaxed. She was so nervous and now she can’t wait to go back. Our receptionist was truly amazing. She was so kind and helpful. Her name was Angel. Rob his technician was simply amazing with my daughter too. He was so patient and kind. Told us stories to keep her mind off of being nervous.
When I called for an appt, they were very willing to accommodate my needs. Staff is friendly and professional. Seen in a timely manner. Ordered my glasses through their optical clinic. Very helpful, friendly and professional. Very attentive to what I wanted. All staff knowledgeable. Dr. Armstrong was friendly, explained everything and made sure I was given the best choices in my eye exam. Highly recommend. They have a new optical manager, Ana, she is friendly, helpful and very professional. David is also helpful, friendly and professional. The two are a great team.
