They have got to fix whatever is making it where you can not ever get a message to the nurse or get an answer on the portal. Also, what on earth are they doing with the missing blood orders? That's happened twice now. The portal/phone issue has been over a year now. Good doctor, but everything else is meh
First time was a great experience. I was called back right away, tests were completed while I was there. I was in/out in twenty minutes with prescription waiting for me to be picked up. Can’t say enough good things. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable.
Dr.Joseph Wells has been one of most phenomenal and down to earth doctors I've ever experienced. His bedside manner, the time he takes to proactively listen, and the suggestions / recommendations he gives are all very professional, yet personable. It's hard these days to really find good doctors who can balance being a good physician with also the human element of someone who truly cares and doesn't just see you as another patient, but an actual human. I would 100% recommend Wells to anyone and everyone. And if ever he were to leave Northwest Medical (which I certainly hope he doesn't), I'd follow whichever medical office he went too just to keep him as my personal care...read full review
