Literally cannot reccomend this clinic enough. Janice Williams is my primary care physician and she is wonderful. My most favorite doctor I have ever had. But what really sells this place is the ability to quickly get a human being on the phone to help you address your needs. None of this waiting half a day to talk to a nurse or sitting on hold forever just to speak to the receptionist. Never have I had access to such prompt medical advice. Plus, all the staff at this clinic go the extra mile in taking the time to really listen to you. I have never felt rushed and always felt truly cared about at this clinic. UPDATE: The Drs Nurse got hold of me and the Nurse Practioner got my medication. I still sat for the weekend and have gotten little sleep because of my injuries, but they do care, it's just a mess it's so busy. Giving two stars back to them for righting an error. We all make mistakes, I just hold the medical community to a standard of communication at least. But these are good people.*****ORIGINAL*****If the Dr takes Friday off, you will receive NO care from this clinic. NO refills until Monday. UPDATE:Dr. P is great. Very caring. Listens, answers my questions. I wouldn't pick any one else for my PCP.I had to leave before I saw the doctor or had my blood drawn. A student doctor spent an hour with me being rude, snippy and stupid. He told me I didn't have RA because my hands didn't look like his mother's!?! I have rescheduled with Dr. P but have stipulated that I don't want the brat anywhere near me.
