Made my reservation directly with the store, showed up for my appointment, the shop was operating on time, it took less than 30 minutes to determine my AC issue, they made the repair, and we were out of the shop in less than an hour...
Josh took care of me, I had a flat tire on my way to work and Josh assessed the damage and suggested a new set of tires. I asked if I should take an Uber to work and Josh replied that they could get the tires on sooner than I thought. Within an hour, the new set of Bridgestones were on my car, Josh new my concern of getting to work on time and he even went to the shop to assist in putting the tires on my car. I truly appreciate the sense of urgency!
