“Made my reservation directly with the store, showed up for my appointment, the shop was operating on time, it took less than 30 minutes to determine my AC issue, they made the repair, and we were out of the shop in less than an hour...”
“Absolutely amazing service. Communication was fast and easy. Took them very little time to figuring out what was wrong with my 2009 scion tc and why it would crank but not start. I have decent mechanical knowledge but sometimes you just have to hand it to the professionals. And professional they are. I also found pricing to be very fair all things considered, first time writing a review felt it was well worth it would HIGHLY recommend.”
“I've been extremely satisfied with the customer service that this particular Firestone gives me. I personally own five cars and I have several work vehicles as I own a business, a short distance away from them. Matt and Jack always get me in right away if I have a problem. They're good at keeping you informed during the diagnostic phase and also make you aware of any pending or future problems that they see. Their prices are competitive and fair. I don't take my vehicles anywhere else.”
