Matt was absolutely awesome and Firestone Complete Auto Care being open on Sunday just grabbed all of my car care needs! I also have brothers and sisters and 12 Grandchildren of which they all drive. 4 daughters and many friends will start doing business here! So happy someone is open on Sunday to keep us from losing weekday work hours trying to get a tire repaired! Thank you Firestone

Service was fine. However, the wait time was extremely long. I made an appointment, and I expected to be serviced at that time. Took 2 hrs for a wheel alignment.Service: Wheel alignment

I've not had a great experience with these folks. One time I scheduled a date and time to have my brakes and rotors replaced. I drop my vehicle off as instructed and am told it should be handled before the end of the business day. 3.5 days later I picked up my car with no services provided. I understand staffing issues and I've held off writing a review for 2 additional visits now. I've now tried to get my vehicle serviced here 3 times and each time I end up walking away deciding never to try again. The staff is hit or miss.
