I've been extremely satisfied with the customer service that this particular Firestone gives me. I personally own five cars and I have several work vehicles as I own a business, a short distance away from them. Matt and Jack always get me in right away if I have a problem. They're good at keeping you informed during the diagnostic phase and also make you aware of any pending or future problems that they see. Their prices are competitive and fair. I don't take my vehicles anywhere else.
I was in Bentonville for the 4th and had my radiator break. I took it into the shop and Jacob (I think is his name) was super helpful and worked all day, along with other mechanics, to replace the radiator and cooling fan so that I could get back on the road and make it home to catch a flight. I can't thank the guys at this store enough for how they helped me out. Honest work and transparency goes a long way in this world, so I'm grateful I took my car to this shop.
A bit pricey, but they don't waste my time like other places that are always out of stock with oil filters. Jacob is always friendly, even when I don't have an appointment. The guys here are nice and actually helpful.
