Dr.Merritt took the time to listen to my concerns and the appointment didn't feel rushed. Highly recommend! 4 stars due to the long wait time to get an appointment with her (2.5 months after referral).
My husband and I both have alpha gal for 9 years now. She had so much knowledge and helpful information that she provided us with. She took time to answer questions and has the best bedside manner, didn't feel rushed or bothered. Can't sing her praises high enough. Anyone with alpha gal should take time to speak with her.
Dr. Merritt has helped me tremendously thus far, however I am disappointed by having to reschedule an appointment with Dr. Merritt today, because their new receptionist failed to inform me of a $75 copay during my confirmation phone call, even after I asked if they had verified my insurance. I am unable to schedule treatment at the new healthcare facility they referred me out to either.
