This place basically saved my life for the past 6 months - and I don't even live in Birmingham! I literally started coming down to stay with my parents (who live in the area) during covid, and would spend weeks/months at a time working remote in Bham JUST so that I could come to this studio. I've done hot yoga for about 7-8 years in different cities, been to lots of different studios, and this little gem in Birmingham AL is the absolute best!

First class was great! So happy for the invite Christa. Never thought I would be comfortable in a yoga class, but the exuberant reception and calming mood made for a most memorable first time yoga experience. Love love love Kiva. I hadn't done hot yoga in about 3 years, due to moving to Alabama. I had missed it so much and was so thrilled to have found a studio in bham. They always make you feel so welcome, and go the extra mile to try to get to know you. Definitely recommend :) Trina is the best!!
