First off I give five stars to Hotworx as a business. I am a very indecisive person but upon taking a tour at my home Hotworx facility I signed on the dotted line that day and haven't looked back or regretted my decision. It's probably the only decision I've made in life on the spot : /Hotworx Vestavia is probably the biggest Hotworx in the greater Birmingham area. The BEST community and workout. I absolutely love the flexibility in scheduling and that it's 24/7- that helps me never back out of a workout. I never get bored, because there are so many different saunas with different workouts. I feel so good every time I leave, and I sleep better at night! Everyone who works here knows me by name and cares about me as an individual, and everyone is so supportive! My favorite workout place I've ever been a part of.

So I started looking for a challenging workout that didn’t leave me too sore to move. Spin class in a sauna has been exactly what I need! In 45 minutes my heart rate is taxed and my clothes are drenched.
