I used to go bi-weekly when I had the time and opportunity. I always went with the NMT, because I spent much more time training than taking care of my body. My shoulders were always a sensitive spot and particularly knotted up, but Xana definitely made them feel like new. It honestly feels so good during I’ve caught myself falling asleep several times.
