West Alabama Carpets provides top notch service and work. They are knowledgeable about their product and very quick and easy to work with, treating customers like they have known them forever. They take time on estimates and are willing to tackle specific jobs, like merging and matching flooring to make it flow from room to room, where other companies will not. They work customers into their schedule, are fast, clean up after themselves, and handle follow-up tasks. The price is the best quoted and they do not bill until the work is complete and the customer is happy. They have lifelong recommendations and customers are almost sad they will not need to use them again.
I wasn't sure what to expect based on reviews but when getting estimates they were one of a handful that works with the brand of flooring the previous owners had put down through half the house and we wanted to match in the remaining rooms. Every interaction we had with them was great. Mark took his time on the estimate making sure to note where I wanted the flooring to connect and flow from room to room (while other companies said they wouldn't even try). Jackie was great to deal with on the phone through every call. hands down BEST service!! We had an emergency when we bought a house that was completely saturated in dog pee. Jackie came to the rescue and helped us with zero hesitation. So quick and easy to work with and treated us like she has known us for forever!! They have my life long recommendation
I called on a Saturday and they came and gave a quote within hours. They made arrangements to work us in on a very short notice. I am very impressed with their work and how quick they were able to complete it! Jackie was so nice and helpful throughout the process. I definitely recommend this company for flooring/carpet needs.
