First, the negatives. The process for getting started was clunky. They gave us a quote, but then when it was time to start, the price was higher. Also, my wife is an architect and has managed lots of construction and building projects, but there was some "man-splaining" going on and times they talked down to her. Also, the proect took forever -- like just about every construction project anyone has ever done. We were doing two bathrooms and they had one guy on the job. Like, really? We have two bathrooms?
