We normally use another rental company but due to availability I used United. I was helped quickly and professionally by Danny and was able to get in and out in no time. The equipment worked well and the return was just as easy. What really stood out was the friendly interaction that I had with both Danny and the technician. They were personable and kind and seemed like they valued me as a customer. I will definitely be back for future rental needs.
