I love getting my nails done here, I normally see David he does a fantastic job.. I have never been disappointed with his work.. I love relaxing and getting pedicures..My daughter and I went Sunday for pedicures the experience was great as alway..There were a few things that was kinda disappointing. The girl who checked us in seemed to hate her job or maybe having the worst day ever.. David wasn’t working Sunday another lady did my pedicure. The lady was very nice and my toes look pretty, her leg and foot massage could have used a little work it was more of a light rub. When I got home I realized my feet are still rough with calluses. The product and the professionalism of receptionists and nail techs was fantastic. The only issue that I ran into was that after around 25 minutes or so of waiting with my friend as they were getting their nails worked on I was approached by someone who was not in any particular uniform did not identify themselves or explain any particulars of the situation. They asked me to leave the floor and that I could not be in the room saying something about liability. It was unprofessional and a bit rude. I tried to ask questions but was just spoken over. This is a very pretty and professional establishment, but I was not very happy that I ended up paying $70 plus tip for my nails after the prices online specified it would be $50. I walked out paying like $81 for my nails, and I don’t believe they are worth that price. That’s absolutely ridiculous. They charged me for SHAPING THE NAILS AND FOR THE LENGTH!
