“This company is outstanding! They took amazing care of me fore 8 years when I moved south and knew nothing about termites. I moved to my new house and had Burnum-Hahn. Turns out the BH coverage was for one year only and for retreat only, NOT repair! BH was nice, but they didn't help with my problem. With Ace, they came out and started HELPING ME figure out what needed to be done to make things safer and be able to bond the house. The prices were incredibly reasonable! They got the proper retreat and repair bond setup. Derek (the owner) came out and spent time with me going over everything. Austin comes each year and is so nice and thorough. “The flies were everywhere. It was like a horror movie. I could not find the source, and I had looked everywhere. It was either the ghost busters or pest control. I called Capstone because they are a local company, and I knew the owners also did the pest control. Local means a lot to me. The owner himself came out and looked everywhere; under the house, in the attic, EVERYWHERE. He couldn't find the source either. But he did not give up. He called in another guy, and then it was full out warfare. They sprayed everywhere, even my drains. They put out bait and sticky traps, and (long story short) The flies are gone! Before they left, they told me they would come back if I wasn't satisfied. But I am. So satisfied. I will never call another pest control company. Don't call anyone else, These guys are the best.“
