He also actively listened to my concerns and cared about them, which is something not a lot of businesses do. Costumer service doesn’t just stop at the phone call and after the day I had, I couldn’t appreciate it more. At first I was hesitant for signing up quarterly, but after Ben left I knew it was the right decision. The price I was quoted with for the quarterly was also very low. I thought I was going to have to pay an arm and a leg, but it was anything but that. Stark has exceeded my expectations in every way they possibly could and I could not be more satisfied.“

I called Capstone because they are a local company, and I knew the owners also did the pest control. Local means a lot to me. The owner himself came out and looked everywhere; under the house, in the attic, EVERYWHERE. He couldn't find the source either. But he did not give up. He called in another guy, and then it was full out warfare. They sprayed everywhere, even my drains. They put out bait and sticky traps, and (long story short) The flies are gone! Before they left, they told me they would come back if I wasn't satisfied. But I am. So satisfied. I will never call another pest control company. Don't call anyone else, These guys are the best.“
