We made an emergency call that morning and they came out same day. With regular scheduled visits they communicate ahead of time so you can make arrangements on your schedule for your in-house service. Very please with the high level of customer service. Burnum-Hahn has been serving the Tuscaloosa and West Alabama area since 1946. It was founded by John Burnum and William N. "Bill" Hahn. The company's humble beginnings quickly grew into one of the largest home owned and operated pest control businesses in West Alabama. There have been several changes in location over the years but, in 2005 we moved to our present location on Veterans Memorial Parkway.
