Everybody, from the office staff to the field techs, were great to work with. We just moved into our new home and on day 1, noticed we had a black/sugar ant problem. I called on a Friday morning before the holiday weekend, anticipating they weren't going to be able to get anyone out until the following week, but they had one of their managers out later that day to treat our property. Highly reccomend. We've recently switched to DC Scientific Pest Control from Cook's in the last few months. DC has a more friendly, reliable staff and we've noticed difference in pest control. We have a gentleman named Tyler that comes out who is polite, professional & on time!

If you’re looking for any exterminating service, I HIGHLY recommend you choosing DC Scientific. Before choosing which company I wanted to go with, I made calls and did comparisons. Not only did they give me a great quote, the customer service that I received from Barry was excellent !!! I’m not sure of the technician’s name that comes to service my home but he’s super amazing!! He’s ALWAYS on time and before he starts his service he tells me exactly what he’s going to do and he comes back tell me the outcome of the service before.
