Have been going to this office basically since it opened. Dr. Bob has always been friendly and answers my questions no matter how complex. He has discovered problems and took action by getting me to the correct specialist when needed. His staff is always courteous and makes my family and I feel welcome. His staff has always come through with my requests no matter how minuscule. I will continue to use this doctors office. Dr. Bob and his staff get it done.

Dr Bob prefers if we call him Dr. Roberto!! Just kidding. He is such a great doctor and Michele and the rest of the staff are a blessing to our family. He is NOT a pill pusher so do not go to him looking for that. His standards of practice are top notch and he is very knowledgeable. Our whole family uses him. We drive 50 mins to go to them.
Recently moved to Trussville and needed to have my son seen. This place, from the people to the facility, was fantastic. Very little wait time & everyone was so good to us. Dr. Bob is super nice...and funny! 10 out of 10, recommend! My family will be using Premier Urgent and Family Care from now on!
