Not only did Jeff give us a list of what we need to to do get our structure supported, but the reasons why those supports are needed and in terms that we could understand instead of a bunch of engineering lingo. No hard sales pitch, no pressure to get it done now and he even gave us the names of some carpenters that can possibly help us out on some of the smaller issues.
