I was not looking forward to having major work done on my elderly aunts house from several states away. My experience has been that communication with contractors can be difficult even in your own neighborhood. Kennedy and Sons Structural Solutions made the process easy. They got the work scheduled and completed very quickly. They communicated clearly and provided a detailed bid laying out what they would do. They shared drawings and photos before starting and photos after completion that made it easy for me to understand what was being done. Highly recommended!

Jeff came out personally to trouble shoot my issue. He met with me for about 60 minutes and answered all my questions. He offered me options and educated me on the details of each. He also took the time to walk to the front of my house to discuss my roof run off which was also contributing to my issue. This was not a concern of mine but Jeff felt it was important for me to be aware of all of the things causing my issue. He even sent resources to me if I wanted to handle the roof run off myself.
