I had an outstanding experience with Head’s Heating & Air Conditioning ,truly second to none. My technician, Kyler, was courteous, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind throughout the entire service. I highly recommend Head’s for any HVAC needs. Thank you, Kyler, for the exceptional service!
Joe arrived at our home on a Saturday with a smile on his face and a ready to figure out the problem attitude. He was able to locate the issue, resolved, and stayed about 30 minutes after to be sure there were not any additional problems. He did a thorough check of the system which uncovered a simple issue that was resolved while he was here. Coming from a customer service background in trade repair, I respect and appreciate that extra mile, not just fix the problem and turn a blind eye to one that’s not obvious to an untrained person. He even offered a couple tips to make the home a little more energy efficient.
Kyler Davis was very professional and thorough with his maintenance visit . Mark Pfaff was pleased and impressed by his knowledge and great work ethic. Great service! It was a great experience unlike some.
