Bay City Paint & Body also known as Bay City RV Center, we dropped off our workhorse bus with this company and asked for them to take a look at the generator and give us an estimate on repairs. They took went for a joy ride in our commercial vehicle without our knowledge and supposedly blew out the radiator, they did not have our permission nor did they have our vehicle towed back they continued to drive the bus back to their shop further potentially causing more damage to the engine, we had to order a $1,200 radiator and bring it to them . They charged us $2,388 for a radiator that they damaged. The fan shroud they removed and reinstalled to do the radiator job they put it back together with zip ties , causing the fan shroud to rub up against the fan . What is kinda funny is the $150 they charged us to unbox the radiator we brought them. Then charged us over $300 to place hvac foil tape on the front and behind the generator case it’s self they called it an airbox. This goes on and on with the nonsense as to 2 ignition coils that have 2 bolts on the outside of the generator was charged over $600 . Long story short these people Pam & David are straight crooks ! Was given no estimate and was hit with a $7,000 repair bill ! After paying the bill the bus was returned to us with a check engine light on the fan shroud hitting the fan on the engine and zip tied together along with the generator not working it ran for 1 hour and shut off then the exhaust pipe for the generator was not connected to the generator and hanging off . We disputed the bill came into discuss with them and they had the sheriffs there to shake us down to force us to pay . We paid the bill by bank to bank wire . If you are an absolute fool like I was be sure to take your vehicles to Bay City Paint & Body or Bay City RV. ( Proof is in the Pictures , you have been Warned) our attorneys will see you in court . -David

I cannot say enough good about this company and its staff. Our motor coach broke down in Spanish Fort and after a grueling ordeal trying to get towed to a truck repair shop in Mobile which claimed they fixed it in 2.5 hours only to arrive and see it was not fixed. They were gracious enough to refund what I had paid them and referred us to Bay City RV. After arriving at Bay City RV (12 miles from the first) I was greeted by CJ who had a technician come out to the parking lot to evaluate our issue. Ron-the-Coach-genius thoroughly diagnosed our issues and after a show and tell, with pictures, with CJ and company owner Dave we were told that they would get to us first thing Monday morning (this was Friday). Dave then said we would be welcome to park on the cement pad in their parking lot and they would plug is in for power and even said they could hook up water, just no sewer. Not a bad place to be stuck at, a lot of good restaurants around. Monday morning they got right at it, worked all day and at the end of the day needed one more part, an axle seal that was only available in Pensacola and would take a couple of days to get there unless I could pick it up Tuesday. I did and they had us on the road Tuesday afternoon. The whole crew: Dave, Pam, CJ, and most of all Ron the coach genius were nothing short of fabulous!! Would highly recommend them to anyone that needs help!!

Ricky & the others were great. The insurance company said they were some of the nicest people they’d ever worked with. Ricky even helped me clean out my car. 10/10 service.

Took our 5th wheel here for a roof leak and damage. We've used them for 30+ years, beginning with cars, then followed them to the RV repair. Straightforward, honest, willing to let you know the real deal and not sugarcoat. There is not another place in town I would consider using or recommending someone to use. These people and their staff are professional, knowledgable, and genuine. Not sure about the review below, but these things take time, and they have lots of business. Keeping up with the progress of your repair is on the owner, and we were always updated when we called to ask about progress. Great repairs, great people, and top of the list for us.

The work that was performed turned out very good but they had my bus for at least 9 weeks and I was not kept in the loop about any ideas on what the bill would be. In the end I was hit with a bill of over $4,000 without any forewarning. C.J. was a good guy to deal with but not staying in touch with progress reports and a rising ticket is not a good practice in my opinion.
