“Wife & I started utilizing this facility when we moved to Florence area end of 2010. After couple of years or so our Dr transferred to another group located in Sheffield, thus for convenience we elected to start seeing Dr. Eric Santiago , so to stay at same Florence Medical Group. We are glad we did. We each go twice per year for check-ups, in between as needed. Dr. Santiago being accepted on our insurance plans at renewal time is the deciding factor. We can’t say enough about his services provided, including his staff.“
