Since the office has relocated and new staff....the visits are much more pleasant for my mom and cleaner for everyone who visits. The staff is way more friendly and kind. And professional. They always greet us with a smile.
Being new to the Florence area and seeking a Family Practice doctor, I happened on the Florence Family Practice. Based on the Google reviews I filled out my new patient form and scheduled an appointment.
What followed on my first visit was the most professional, caring and comprehensive initial appointment I have ever experienced. I will go no further for my primary care needs I have found my doctor.

This Doctors office is literally heaven sent! I’ve never been to a doctor who listens and actually care the way that Dr.Allen does. All the ladies here are so sweet I would definitely recommend Florence Family Practice to everyone looking to be helped and heard. The office is so cozy and the vibes are so positive I love it! 10/10 recommended
