Overall, the clinic is highly recommended for its personalized and attentive healthcare services.
Signed on as a new patient, had an appointment a week later. Arrived 15 minutes before my appointment, was seen within 10 minutes. Everyone was extremely friendly. NP actually listened to what I said and worked through my history with me without making me feel rushed, and was able to address some concerns I didn't think anyone was willing to bother with. The best experience I've had in a doctors office, hands down.
My husband and I have being going here for over 3 yrs since we moved to Florence. There has been staff changes. The staff there now has been there well over a year. They are friendly and pleasant. Chrissy, NP, is awesome! She is very knowledgeable, caring, and patient. She allows you time to ask questions and is very detailed with her answers to ensure you understand. We have referred many to her. If you're looking ......look here!
I've needed a family Dr for a while now. The last 2 I tried only gave me 2-5 minutes of their precious time before trying to pass me around to their other Dr buddies. Singing River Healthcare listened and talked to me like a person, not an insurance claim. By far, some of the smartest and caring people there! Highly recommend!!!!
