“Ty is an absolute angel!!!! I had a “bad experience” the day before at another salon. My haircut was an absolute hot mess! The stylist I booked with (unbeknownst to me) was very new and still learning. My intention was to go from shoulder length hair to a long pixie bob with no bangs. If I were braver, I would post the picture of what she did (I’m a chicken lol). I went online the next morning and made an appointment with Ty for later that morning. When I showed up she was so wonderful!!! Her smile and kindness immediately put me at ease. She listened to my story, looked at some pictures of what I thought we could do to make it tolerable until it grew out, and came up with a plan. It took the other salon 5 hours to completely wreck my hair. Ty worked her magic in 15 minutes!!!! She took that hot mess and turned it into a fun, sassy, low maintenance summer cut I am soooo happy with! I walked in feeling stressed out and embarrassed. I walked out feeling beautiful and refreshed! I will NEVER go anywhere else!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH TY!!!!!!! YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!!”
