Every one at the salon was so sweet! Brittney was so kind, thoughtful, and exceeded all expectations. She gave me insight on everything, even before my actual appointment. She made sure I was aware of any potential outcomes of my hair (for instance it not getting as light as I’d hoped). But then the color ended up getting to be exactly what I asked for! An overall thrilling experience and I am beyond grateful that these ladies were willing to take me on such short notice
Mallory has been doing my hair for over 10 years. We have done so many styles and colors and they have always turned out beautiful. She is so talented! The staff at Root 43 are all professional and kind. The atmosphere is so relaxing. I literally want to come in daily just for a relaxing shampoo.
There are also a great selection of professional products to choose from so I can’t continue to practice proper hair care from home! So thankful for Root 43!
