“Jessica did a great job on my hair, especially since I had trimmed it. It was very uneven. She trimmed it, permed it, and then cut and styled my hair. She worked diligently to give me a short curly summer style that I needed. I highly recommend Jessica. Her skills are excellent. Ginna C.”
“I want to say that my experience at P31 was great. Caroline did my hair perfect. She followed everything I asked her to do. And made suggestions. And it turned out perfect. I will be seeing her for my hair care in the future.”
“Mulan was amazing, and I will be sure to go back to see her. Everyone here is friendly, welcoming, and always down for a good chat! They give great recommendations for products, too.”
