The staff is consistently attentive and knowledgeable about the products and services. Across the multiple locations in the South, the Prattville location is a customer favorite, offering one of the biggest selections of 4-level beds, including stand-up options, as well as two different types of sunless/spray tan booths. While the overall experience is exceptional, some customers have expressed frustration with the company's billing practices. The process for canceling or freezing a "no contract" membership is described as outdated, requiring in-person signatures by the 25th of the month, even in shorter months like February. The Tanning Beds are top-of-the-line and super comfortable, and I love pairing my sessions with their Red Light Therapy for that extra boost of rejuvenation. The Sauna/Infrared Sauna is the perfect way to unwind and melt away stress. If you’re looking for a Tanning Salon that actually feels like a full wellness retreat, this is the place. Absolutely love this Palm Beach location!!! The staff is always so attentive and knowledgeable with products and skin care. I've been to [roughly] 12 of their different locations across the South, and Prattville is my favorite!
They have one of the biggest selections of all 4 -level beds, including Stand -up ones, and 2 different types of sunless / spray tan booths.
The ONLY reason I did 4 stars, and not 5, is because of Palm Beach Tan in general and their [outdated] billing. It's 2022, exchanging money & bills take minutes not days.
