Alicia is the BEST She always makes me feel relaxed & confident & when I walk in I always feel welcomed which is always a “+” ! I never feel pressured to buy products, but always told about the products & always get answers to questions that I ask.
Came in for a back wax since it's pool season. Didn't specify which specialist, because I didn't know any of them. I got Alicia, and she did an amazing job. I felt comfortable, not vulnerable, and she got the job done super fast. Her technique made it so painless that I could have taken a nap!

Joy was fantastic! The process went smoothly and quickly and I am already rebooked for next time. I'm pretty picky with my brows and I was very happy with the results.
Edit Dec 2024 - Joy's not there anymore unfortunately but I have seen Gracie for the last several months and she is phenomenal!!! Always professional and very friendly, communicates clearly, takes her time and does a great job. I'm always super happy with all my experiences at this location.
