Garaventa lift in Prattville, Alabama, is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The customer service is non-existent. Over a year ago, our elevator quit working despite having called many times to have it serviced. No one ever answers the phone. You never get a return call after leaving numerous messages. They finally sent someone out to fix it and charged $1228.00 to replace a fuse. 3 days later, it quit working again. We have been waiting over a year to have it repaired and nothing at all. Our calls are ignored, and no one ever answers the phone. Buyer beware. They will gladly install the lift, and thats the last you will ever hear from them. Absolutely the worst...read full review
