Kathy Quinn, Patient Advocate

I’m writing this on behalf of Mr. McAuliffe, a patient who has used Kathy Quinn as his advocate. Kathy is nothing short of amazing! She has worked with his medical care team to put the right people in place to take care of him. She has recently been able to get trained aides for him to get him sitting in a chair (he is paralyzed from the waist down). This hasn’t happened for years and he is so thrilled to get out of his bed! Kathy went above and beyond to help me during our intro call. Even though she wasn't right advocate-fit for my situation, she pointed me in exactly right direction and provided indispensable advice in a moment of need. Her care and competence are so appreciated. Thank you again!

Kathy Quinn quickly came to the aid of a paralyzed veteran who required immediate help finding home care assistance. She dealt with his insurance company and found a local agency that supplied home health aides, which kept him out of the nursing home. She was nothing short of amazing! Kathy will remain as his go-to person to navigate insurance related issues in the future.
