The scheduling and appointment staff, particularly Brittany, have been praised for their excellent customer service and responsiveness in accommodating families with multiple children.
Dr. Crockett was absolutely amazing. I felt like I was truly being listened to and actually heard. Alan G in Optical is THE BEST. He picked several glasses for me and was very honest about what looked best for me, and I actually went with his selection. I picked them up today, and they look so good. He was 100% right. The staff was very kind to me. Highly recommend.
It was my first visit to this office, as I’ve previously been going to another eye care provider, and I just want to say how impressed I was. I was referred here by my grandma, and I’m so glad she recommended this place. The staff is fantastic, welcoming me with bright smiles and genuine engagement that truly made me feel valued as a patient.
I especially want to give a huge shout out to Mrs. Samantha. She is absolutely amazing. Her professionalism, strong work ethic, and warm personality really stood out. She knows how to create a positive atmosphere and made me feel appreciated and comfortable throughout my visit.

Came in with a prescription from another doctor. I dealt with a young lady optician. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything to help me make the best decisions for my glasses. She was the best optician I have ever experienced. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wears glasses. I think her name was Cassie.
