I came down to Phenix City in the middle of 2021.
I couldn't find any place to rent. I also went back to B-ham. After five months of searching, I was offered an one bedroom apartment.
I was shocked on the size, but being one person, this was PERFECT for me. I didn't realize how much I disliked those huge complexes that were owned by even larger corporations and they ran it like that! Not here, don't misunderstand me, this is a Large Family's Operations Company.
The family atmosphere is what was missing from the rest.
I could call in a request and within two days, it would be taking care of.
I had an emergency one night.

I just put in a application and I’m waiting for a decision, but I didn’t get that vibe from them but to each it’s own. Never been the type to judge of someone else’s experience??‍♂️??‍♂️
