Rentsmart Property Management, Llc provides rental properties for those on a low budget. The properties are described as a hit or miss and not really that great, with some issues like no heating system. The company does not provide pest control. It is not fancy or five-star hotel luxury living. However, the rent is extremely low, beating regular market rates found elsewhere. For the low amount of rent, it is a viable option that beats being homeless. The owner is a stand up guy who takes great care of his tenants. Staff members are very polite, personable, helpful, and polite. Maintenance eventually comes out to fix things. Tenants report good service, with security deposits returned in a good amount of time. The approach is a give or take; take care of the place and they will take care of you. It is best to clean the place well. For anyone needing a roof over their head on a low budget, it is worth checking out their properties to make a home.
Well they did get me approved quickly but that's it. Haven't been in the apartment 2 weeks and I've been without hot water for 3 days now and today is Saturday so that means I'll be without it for at least another day or 2. Or who knows I called the office and they said it was nothing they could do that they have no control over when the technician comes. Oh did I mention that it's the end of January begin of February. Yes so the water is cold. I know I made a huge mistake do business with this company. I would only recommend if you have money to just blow.
Stopped by this company today to look at a few properties. The ladies at the front desk were very polite and personable. I look forward to renting from them if my application is approved! Wish me luck!
Not too bad if you are on a low budget and just need a roof over your head. The properties are a hit or miss. The apartment I had did not have a heating system, but for the low amount of rent I made it work. It is best to clean your place really well and make it look nice and cozy. As far as pest control, I already knew based on the lease they don't provide it.But I took care of that myself (for the low rent of $425 I did not need them for pest control). It beats being homeless or paying regular market rate rent elsewhere.
